Jouelry
The first intelligence platform for the jewelry industry: 3,056 jewelers profiled and 5,236 retail locations mapped across 72+ countries, 842 brands classified, and the proprietary TNA GRADE rating system.
Challenge
The jewelry market lacks independent tools to assess retailer reliability. Consumers choose without objective data, industry professionals have no standardized benchmarks, and the industry is not yet aligned with EU Digital Product Passport regulations.
Approach
- Comprehensive mapping starting from Italy (2,000+ jewelers) across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Oceania
- From 284 to 842 brands mapped and classified across 9 prestige tiers: Legendary Heritage, Ultra Exclusive Joaillerie & Horlogerie, High Jewellery & Haute Horlogerie, Fashion Prestige, Maîtres d'Art & Grand Complication, Premium Iconic & Lifestyle, Vanguard Modern Designer & Bespoke, Commercial Goldsmith & Basic Bijoux, Silver & Other Products
- TNA GRADE algorithm across 6 weighted dimensions and 23 sub-metrics, combining on-the-ground surveys, official web sources and real financial data from filed accounts and Cerved estimates (7-year history)
- TNA ATLAS for predictive analytics and market intelligence
- Digital Product Passport for EU traceability compliance
Results
TNA GRADE & TNA ATLAS whitepaper published (v1.2, March 2026).
Jouelry was born to solve a concrete problem: the jewelry market lacked an independent tool to evaluate retailers and guide the choices of consumers and industry professionals.
The platform profiles 3,056 jewelers with 5,236 retail locations across 72+ countries, classifies 842 brands spanning jewelry and watches across 9 prestige tiers, and assigns each retailer a TNA GRADE score (0-100) based on 6 weighted dimensions and 23 sub-metrics: brand portfolio, financial strength, market presence, digital footprint, customer experience, and innovation.
TNA ATLAS is the platform's market intelligence engine: global demand heatmaps, price volatility alerts, and 90-day predictive forecasts. A tool designed for decision-makers in the industry.
Jouelry also includes a Digital Product Passport system compliant with EU regulations and a fully localized experience in 10 languages, including RTL languages.
Top World Treasures and the editorial rankings
Jouelry's algorithmic family is today the only one in the world to classify and define the 100 best jewellers of Italy and the 100 best jewellers of Europe, published by Class Editori under the TWT — Top World Treasures brand with the editorial direction of Gentleman magazine. The project — 5 editions published on Classagora since 2020, featuring the 100 best jewellers of Italy, the 100 best jewellers of Europe and the 100 brands that contribute to the algorithm's value — is unique worldwide: the only comparable document dates back to 1999, "The World's Leading Jewellers and Watch Specialists", published by the AIHH (Association Interprofessionnelle de la Haute Horlogerie).
Building on this foundation, TORA no AI is developing a new proprietary algorithm for the 50 Best Jewellers of the World ranking, scheduled to be presented by the end of 2026.
